METRO WIDE SEARCH (DC, MD & VA)

FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE.

Once again FotoDC is out to discover and spotlight regional photographer's work

that displays a focused and consistent vision.

Uncover/Discover looks for work that we simply cannot ignore!

OUR EXPERT PANEL OF CURATORS, ELIZABETH KRIST, JAYME MCLELLAN, AND KEN ASHTON, WILL SELECT WORK FROM EMERGING & ESTABLISHED PHOTOGRAPHERS

• Selected Uncover/Discover photographers will be featured in TWO exhibitions - first, at FotoDC's FotoSpace during the month of September, and second, at a prominent show during the 5th Annual FotoWeekDC Festival, November 9-18, 2012
• Extensive online exposure through the FotoDC website, FotoPage, FotoNews, Facebook, and other media coverage
• Selected photographers will present and discuss their work at a special evening during the 2012 Festival

Portfolios for Uncover/Discover will be submitted electronically through FotoPage, the new FotoDC online portfolio and directory platform.  The cost of submission includes a year long subscription to FotoPage.
