David Hume Kennerly and Robert McNeely are Presidential Photographers and two of the producers of Barack Obama - The Official Inaugural Book.

DAVID HUME KENNERLY won the 1972 Pulitzer Prize for his photos of the Vietnam War, and two years later was appointed President Gerald R. Ford's personal White House Photographer.  American Photo Magazine named him "One of the 100 Most Important People in Photography." Kennerly has published several books of his work, including Shooter, Photo Op, Seinoff: The Final Days of Seinfeld, Photo du Jour, and most recently, Extraordinary Circumstances: The Presidency of Gerald R. Ford.  His archive is housed at the Center for American History at the University of Texas, Austin.

BOB McNEELY's love of photography began when he bought his first camera while serving in the Army in Southeast Asia.  His love of politics began when he worked as the staff photographer for George McGovern's 1972 presidential campaign.  Since then he has pursued both loves by photographing politics and the political process around the world.  He was a staff photographer in the Carter White House from 1976 to 1979 and Bill Clinton's personal White House photographer from 1992 to 1998, which led to his book The Clinton Years.  His "Photo 2000" project, a black-and-white documentary of the American political process during the 2000 election cycle, was exhibited at galleries in New York and Washington, DC; at Visa pour l'Image in Perpignan, France: and in an award -winning thirty -page portfolio in Fortune magazine.  He continues to photograph for clients, history, and himself.
