2011 FotoWeekDC Mobile Phone Photo Contest

Theme: FotoWeek Through the Mobile Lens

This year FotoWeek DC is partnering with InstantDC to present this Mobile Phone Contest. InstantDC is a new community-oriented organization devoted to emerging artists, focusing on the intersection of technology and art in the DC/MD/VA area. Visit InstantDC’s PartnerPage.

Mobile devices allows you to get up close to capture intimate moments, abstract macros, candid street photos, night projects, and what FotoWeekDC means to you this year as you walk around DC and experience all of our events.

• Entries must have been captured during 2011
• Contest runs from November 5-12. Winners will be notified late on November 12
• Grand Prize is an Apple iPad2, 5 runner ups receive $100 Apple gift card
• Winning images projected during FotoWeekDC Closing Party on Nov. 12 and highlighted on the FotoDC blog
• Select favorites displayed on FotoDC website through the year
